TRANSPORTATION FRINGE BENEFIT TO BICYCLE COMMUTERS (page 211 of 451) http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h110-1424 I thought there might be a good, common sense, initiative in there to help more able bodied Americans consider commuting alternatives.  Then I read it. $20/month!?! It would be generous to call that window dressing.
