<description>Hi Pascal: I&#039;m very interested in your comments on VC board governance. I don&#039;t this topic has received enough coverage vis-a-vis typical boards over the last couple of years. With Dartmouth Prof, Syd Finkelstein, we recently launched a tool to spot early-warning signs on VC boards and mgmt teams, as well as regular ones. Syd is actually presenting the results of our first study of which aspects of our tool predicted sales growth to a group of boston VCs today. Here&#039;s a recent blog posting on what we found: http://breakoutperformance.blogspot.com/2006/10/predictors-of-significant-vc-backed.html I would love to chat with you further. Best wishes, Eric
