This coming Thursday, September 28, I will be interviewed by Steve Bengston of PriceWaterhouseCoopers on the subject of current initiatives in the VC industry to promote greater director accountability and board effectiveness.

News stories today report the challenges concerning director accountability and board effectiveness of public corporations. Private venture-backed companies face similar challenges as well as industry-specific governance challenges related to their development stage. As you are aware from this blog and my other writing on VC trends, I am passionate about private company governance.
